My understanding of what the church is was extremely limited. The church is the kingdom of God. But you won't get that for another 8 years when you stop being a Protestant 🤣Joey Davishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10766886858795441000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669168846696061187.post-12717875921061289272010-01-02T14:39:23.389+11:002010-01-02T14:39:23.389+11:00Hi, Dad.

Everything that has a beginning needs a cause; thus, if something has a beginning, there had to be something preceeding it. The very fact that we exist testifies to God's existence. If Henry has a problem with the lack of God's beginning, than what he is really unsure about is his own existence.Joey Davishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10766886858795441000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669168846696061187.post-87912074036371590512010-01-02T08:24:00.374+11:002010-01-02T08:24:00.374+11:00Hi Joey:

Henry reconnected with me this Christmas season and he came to our play that we had at chrurch. There was a snack time afterward and I had to spend most of the time with him so we talked about a lot of things. He says he 'BELIEVES', but he just can't get his head wrapped around God having no beginning. I said that the ant that we see crawling on the ground has no concept in it's tiny brain to comprehend our simplest thoughts. The difference in our ability to understand and the ant's ability is so wide that the ant, for all intents and purposes, comprehends nothing while we understand everything. Are't we like ants in the eyes of the Lord? Maybe that might mean something to him. Have a good day.<br /> DadJoe and Colleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10828577326730365037noreply@blogger.com
